You build and manage the operations that make go-to-market predictable, and you see the results directly in the numbers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You hit the ground running with a real assignment: what&#8217;s currently being set up externally, you bring in-house and build out further. You set up HubSpot from pipeline to forecast, configure Intercom flows for onboarding and trial account activation, and lay the foundation for product-led sales targeting smaller law firms. Step by step, you work towards a go-to-market that runs smoothly and predictably without you having to pull it along manually every time. That&#8217;s the goal: an engine that runs itself, with you at the wheel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>You manage HubSpot at admin level: from pipeline setup and lifecycle stages to lead routing, automation and reliable forecasting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You set up Intercom for in-product messaging, onboarding and trial account activation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You build the product-led sales flow for firms with 1-5 users: trial accounts, self-serve and smart upgrade paths<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You deliver the reporting that leadership steers on: funnel, conversion, cycle time and revenue<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You make sure HubSpot, Intercom and BaseNet connect seamlessly and that data stays clean<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You work with the Head of Sales on sales enablement: playbooks, sequences and templates<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You&#8217;re the bridge to Product: you surface signals from go-to-market and contribute to the roadmap<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About the team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/basenet.com\/\">BaseNet<\/a> we build software that helps law firms work smarter every day. You play a central role in that.<\/p>\n<p>You report directly to Nick (COO) and work daily with a small, driven commercial team. People who move fast, keep each other sharp and just get things done.
