It\u2019s the foundation of everything we do: respect, openness, and commitment. “Sure. First of all, it means that we don’t see mistakes as failures, but as learning moments. Blinqx is growing incredibly fast, and mistakes are simply part of that journey, both for individuals and for the organization. It’s important to acknowledge that no one is perfect, but we can always improve by working together and being open about what could be better. That also means not shying away from difficult conversations, but embracing them as opportunities to grow together. I like to put the facts on the table, without judgment, so that we can understand different perspectives. Only then can we reach to the right insights.
