You use AI not as a buzzword, but as an everyday tool: to discover faster, prioritise more sharply, and build prototypes you can validate directly with customers and the business.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to take the product organisation at Hyarchis to the next level, in a market that’s fundamentally changing right now. Our customers are in accountancy and financial services, a world in motion, driven by consolidation, growing complexity, and the question of how AI will reshape the way they work. You either understand that dynamic already, or you’re genuinely curious enough to get up to speed fast.
What you’ll be doing
As Senior Product Manager (AI-First) at Hyarchis, you’ll be the linchpin between customers, the business, and engineering. Hyarchis builds AI-driven document management and compliance software for banks, accountancy firms, and financial services providers, think KYC compliance platforms, enterprise document management, and intelligent AI services.
What’s missing is a Senior Product Manager who bridges the gap: someone who actually sits at the table with customers, translates market signals into validated specs, and works with the team to build the right things. You’ll work directly with the COO, GM, and CTO of Hyarchis.
Your responsibilities
Set up a structured discovery process: run customer interviews, analyse usage data, and translate insights into concrete product hypotheses, driven by evidence, not gut feeling. You will build a network of early adopters and co-creators who help shape the product alongside you
Write sharp, AI-ready specs that the development team can act on immediately. No 40-page waterfall documents: concise, spec-driven briefs that engineers (and AI agents) can pick up and run with
Prioritise the roadmap with clarity and communicate trade-offs transparently to stakeholders
Prototype with AI tools yourself, whether that’s a clickable prototype via vibe-coding, a market analysis powered by AI agents, or a quick data exploration
Introduce and operationalise product analytics so you and the team make decisions based on real usage data
Bring design thinking into a strongly back-end-oriented organisation: make sure UX is thought through before anything gets built, even without a dedicated designer
Work closely with sales and consultancy to close the feedback loop and keep the roadmap aligned with market needs
Make sure go-to-market is never an afterthought: contribute to product pages, release notes, demo materials, and customer cases. Organise internal enablement so everyone’s ready for what’s coming. Feature adoption is your KPI
Be the voice of the customer in sprint reviews, refinement sessions, and strategic discussions
About the team
Hyarchis is part of Blinqx and has its Dutch offices in Eindhoven and Amsterdam, with development teams in Lithuania. The total team is around 40 people, 15 of whom are based in the Netherlands across support, consultancy, product, and marketing.
Leadership is strong and the team is tight-knit. We take our work seriously, ourselves a little less so. What’s been missing is a Senior Product Manager who can independently own product discovery, delivery, and strategy. That’s the role you’re stepping into.
What you bring
At least 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in regulated industries (accountancy, fintech, compliance, legal tech)
A track record of setting up or professionalising product processes. You’ve built something from the ground up before, not just maintained an existing machine
Active, day-to-day use of AI tools: for writing specs, synthesising research, prototyping, or data analysis. You don’t need to be a developer, but you can vibe-code a prototype and you’re not afraid of a terminal
Strong discovery skills: you know how to run a customer interview, how to combine qualitative and quantitative data, and how to move from insight to action
Experience with product analytics tooling and putting it into practice
Clear communication in English, with Dutch as a great to have. Hyarchis operates in both languages, with an international development team
Comfortable in an environment where you have to figure a lot out and build it yourself. This isn’t an established PM department, it’s an opportunity to create one
A strong affinity with accountancy or financial services. Whether you’ve been in the space for years or you’re genuinely curious and ready to go deep fast
You’re authorised to work in the Netherlands
Nice to have
Experience working with remote development teams (Netherlands + Lithuania)
Familiarity with compliance topics such as KYC or PEP/sanctions screening
Experience with design systems or directing external designers
